FAIR survey on identifying obstacles to the implementation and use of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights at the national level and opportunities how it can be improved

This survey aims to assess how the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights is utilised and understood across FAIR consortium countries and beyond, aiming to gather your valuable feedback, input, and best practices. If you are a civil society organisation, association, activist, legal practitioner, human rights defender, or a person of legal age simply interested in protecting fundamental rights in Europe, your contribution is essential to evaluate how the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights is perceived and used in the EU.

Participation in the survey is anonymous and all collected data is confidential. It will be analysed and published in aggregate form, thereby impossible to identify the respondents. Participation is voluntary and it is possible to withdraw at any time. The estimated time needed to complete the survey is around 20 minutes, and it is possible to interrupt and return to the survey later if necessary.
